Fermentation and maceration in new 500 liter French oak barrels.
Aged for 15 months in the same barrels.

Volatile acidity 0.5 g/l
Tasting:
Bright, medium-layered garnet color. Powerful nose with a lot of complexity. Balsamic aromas reminiscent of the Mediterranean garrigue that give way to notes of red fruits and spicy character… melted into notes of pastry and roasted from the aging.
In the mouth it is a harmonious and elegant wine, a balanced tannic structure and an acidity that augurs a good future for it.
