Elaboration:
Harvested in the phase of fresh fruit and drifted on the vine. Cold prefermentative double maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging on mothers and subsequent bottling.

Volatile acidity 0.2 g/l
Tasting:
Medium-layer pink color with mauve reflections, bright and luminous. Complex aromas reminiscent of boxwood, asparagus and tomato leaf, and when opened enter the dimension of tropical fruits such as mangrove, passion fruit and white peach. In the mouth it is fresh, friendly and long-lasting, with an aromatic explosion that faithfully reproduces its aromatic sequence with a long and intense finish.
